Some properties have issues with dumping at their dumpsters and people leaving items that normal waste management won't take away.  We will happily come take away these items and clean up the area to free up time for their maintenance workers.

A property manager reached out to us in desperation to help manage their dumpster area after a trash compactor broke and wouldn't be fixed for a week.  We happily came out and helped get their properties dumpster areas under control.  We cleaned up 2-3 corrals and continued to come back every other day for a week to prevent the situation from getting as bad as it was when we first arrived which is pictured in the photos taken.  

Property manager that we work with has us come by and check this dumpster corral weekly and do pick ups do the amount of bulk items and dumping it sees.  This helps prevent an eye sore and gets rid of the items waste management won't take.
