A property manager set up bi-weekly service to an apartment complex in Bradenton Fl. There is no gate to this community so they have a constant problem of illegal dumping by contractors, community members and landscapers.

We now come in to remove all items and keep the area clean for the residents. This has helped keep people happy in the community and saved the property management company money if we can catch the mess early enough to try and avoid it piling up too much.

We do this same service for several communities in the surrounding area.

A customer purchased a home on Longboat Key and there were some items left behind. The person purchasing was holding up the closing because they areegment said "broom swept" and there were obvious items left behind. 

The real estate agent called me asking if we can do an emergency same day pick up because this was going to hold up the entire sale.

When you are renovating your house you always end up replacing furniture and other things.  So was in Katherine's case.  She was remodeling her home and had some furniture she wanted to remove to bring new things.
