Caring Transitions is a senior move manager company that specializes in helping seniors downsize, get ready to move, and prepare for the next part of their lives.  They found us from seeing our trucks out on the road and thought we might be able to help them.  They needed a company that dealt with hauling away items that they knew they wouldn't be able to sell in time and deal with such a large amount of items.  They were helping their client who was moving from a large house to a senior related center.  We were able to come in and cleanout the entire house and they loved the fact we went and donated all the items we were able to on their clients behalf.  It took multiple trucks and trips but we got it done in a timely manner for them and they were extremely happy it all didn't end up in a landfill! 

We recently have developed a partnership with Modus Builders in downtown Sarasota.  We have been helping them clean up the construction sites they are working on whenever they need us to come by on short notice.  We take away general trash, debris, left over items and materials they no longer need or have already served their purpose.  This helps they continue to bring it the new items and material they need to make the construction job run along smoothly.  

Beth was moving out of a downtown Sarasota Apartment and needed it completely cleaned out.  Due to the nature of downtown areas it is difficult for anyone to dispose of large bulky items such as furniture or beds.  We came in and cleaned out the entire fully furnished living room, the bedroom, and all other odds and ends stored throughout the apartment.  Anything Beth wanted to keep we made sure to leave behind.  A majority of the items taken were in great condition so we have looked to donate them to the local charities we work with.  

Lumos Diagnostics is a company that specializes in rapid, cost-effective and complete point-of-care (POC) diagnostic test solutions to help healthcare professionals more accurately diagnose and manage medical conditions.  They recently just moved offices and had a to have all of their equipment shipped to the new location.  This caused for a use of a lot of pallets and created a lot of extra trash and materials that they needed to get out of the office to resume working quickly.  They over loaded the dumpster area to do so and needed a company that would come in and remove it all very quickly to continue throwing things away as well for aesthetical appeal.  The manager reached out to us and on the same day we gave them a fair quote they agreed to and removed the entire build up of materials.  They were so happy we took care of it and they said they plan to use us again in the coming weeks as they get new materials in and need to dispose of old ones and the packing.  

Villager Resorts is a Mobile Home Park that is managed by a property management group.  The property management group reached out to us in need of getting an entire home cleared out due to it being left full of the previous owners items.  We were able to come out the same day and remove 2 and a half trucks worth of items.  We took away all the chairs, tables, appliances, carpets, other miscellaneous items and junk.  This allows the property management group to move forward with filling the home with a new owner and new items in a quick and efficient manner.  

Extra Space Storage is a great storage facility that is common to the Sarasota area.  Whenever they have tenants who leave trash, furniture and other junk related items behind they need someone who can come clean it all out, sweep up and make it look nice so they can continue to bring in new customers and keep business flowing.  We were able to come out the day after they called and make their 2 units look shiny new and ready for rent!  A lot of people have items they keep in storage and realize they will never need or use it again.  The Junkluggers are happy to come out and take care of it for them!

We were called in last minute to deal with bulk items and dumping that occurs on a property.  The items encourage others to dump their bulk stuff and left to sit. Waste removal companies will not take them; they will avoid picking up the dumpster even if it is blocked so to keep the area clean and running smoothly, property management companies can call The Junkluggers of Sarasota to save them a bunch of headaches! 

Junkluggers mainly focus on removing junk but we do offer a few other services!  One of those services includes labor for hire workers.  We most commonly get hired for labor only when someone needs heavy items moved around their property or within a very small distance but it is too much weight or work for them to do themselves.  In this case a customer needed us to move hundreds of brick pavers from one area of their property to another.  We sent 3 guys over with wheel barrows and were able to get the grueling task done in just a couple hours!  She was very happy they were exactly where she wanted and that she didn't have to lift a finger.   We offer this service to anyone who may need something similar and we are happy to figure out a fair pricing fee based on amount of guys and time required as well as if there is any junk removal included with the job.   

We came out and helped out a client who was left to deal with a life long collection of picture frame making workshop in her garage.  She needed to move on from the items and clear up a large amount of space to be able to do the things she wanted.  We came in and got out 3 full trucks worth of items related to the business that her husband had created.  She was very happy to know that some of the items and material could be donated and recycled so that all of his work was not just thrown away.
